I already wrote about the letter I received from Generali in “Make it easy to not renew a contract”. It seems this letter is a rich source for a critical guy like me ;-)
One sentence is especially funny (translated to English):
The aforementioned contract has been expired since 2002-08-01 and so we send you a proposal to renew the contract.
